This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for leather boots and shoes purchased directly from Bootmakers.us or authorized retailers. It is valid for one (1) year from the original purchase date with valid proof of purchase.

What This Warranty Covers

Manufacturing defects in materials (e.g., leather, stitching, sole bonding).

Defects in workmanship (e.g., seams, construction).

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect.

Normal wear and tear (e.g., scuffs, creases, fading).

Alterations or repairs not performed by Bootmakers, LLC.

Damage from water, heat, or improper care.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

Warranty Claim Process

Limitations

Return policy for shoes:

We will gladly accept the return of UNWORN shoes within 30 days of the date of shipment. Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email to confirm a successful return. A credit should appear on your credit card, or original method of payment, within two billing cycles.
If returning multiple orders, please return and ship each order separately for faster refunds, rather than combining them into one package. Thank you for understanding.
