The boots are non-refundable. Having said that, customer satisfaction is paramount to us. If the boot does not fit right, please mail the boots back to us with explanation or instructions. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We will adjust the boots to make them fit just right.

If the boots are not made as per the measurements submitted by you, we will replace them. The boots must be in unused condition if you want them replaced.

Soak a cotton ball with rubbing alcohol and apply it to the inside of the boots, around the area that is tight. Wear the boots on while the alcohol is still wet. Wear it for about 20 minutes. Repeat if required.

Leather boots need to worn and walked around in to be broken in. It normally takes about two to three weeks of wear to break them in. We recommend wearing thick socks to break them in.

Our Oxfords (black, brown and white) are made with high - quality leather with some TLC can give you the shine that you desire. Here is a short instructional video. 

Follow the steps in the video and to get a "spit-shine", lightly wet a cloth and dab it on the shoes. Take the soft cloth and polish it to a high shine. Alternatively, Repeat the process in the video till you get the desired shine. (We will be releasing Bootmakers' shoe polish early 2025).
